Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Kielbasa

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb Brussels sprout, cut in half lengthwise
2. 1 -2 cup red onion, cut into wedges
3. 8 ounces kielbasa, cut in 1/4 in pieces
4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
5. salt and pepper
6. 1 dash garlic powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Mix the sprouts, onions and kielbasa in a large bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, and sprinkle of garlic powder.
3. Spread a single layer in a roasting pan and roast 20 to 30 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Stir every 10 minutes.
