Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 1/2 quarts red currants
2. 1 1/2 lbs raisins
3. 4 large oranges
4. sugar
Directions:
1. Chop currants.
2. Grind raisins and oranges (with peel) and add to currants.
3. Weigh fruit and add an equal weight of sugar.
4. Cook until thick, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
5. Fill jars and seal.
