Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1 medium onion
3. 1/3 cup chopped celery rib
4. 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
5. 1/3 cup ketchup
6. 1/4 cup water
7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Cook beef and onion in 10 inches skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook over low heat 10 – 15 minutes or just until veggies are tender.
