Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 300 g ripe camembert cheese
2. 300 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3. 1 medium onion, finely minced
4. 1 fat garlic clove, finely minced
5. 2 tablespoons dry white wine
6. 1 tablespoon paprika (I have used smoked paprika at home with much success)
7. pepper, freshly ground
8. 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Directions:
1. Mash Camembert with fork and combine with cream cheese, mixing well. Mix cheese with onion, garlic, white wine, paprika and a generous amount of freshly-cracked pepper. Finally mix in chives.
