Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 4 ounces beef, very thinly sliced
2. 1 teaspoon soy sauce (I use low sodium)
3. 1 teaspoon mirin
4. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
5. 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
6. 1 teaspoon sesame oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the final teaspoon of oil.
2. Let marinate for at least an hour, up to overnight.
3. Heat remaining oil in a hot skillet.
4. Add beef mixture, and fry until done.
