Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. melba toast
2. 1 lb small shrimp, cooked and peeled
3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
5. 2 teaspoons onions, minced
6. sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Place shrimp on each round. Combine mayo, cheese & onions.
2. Spoon mixture over shrimp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Place canapes on cookie sheet & broil until golden brown & bubbly.
4. Serve hot.
