Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 8 ounces noodles (any kind of noodle pasta)
2. 16 ounces shrimp
3. 1 tablespoon Land o’ Lakes Butter
4. 1 cup mushroom
5. 1/2 cup fresh spinach
6. 1 garlic clove, minced
7. 2 teaspoons pepper (I use garlic pepper)
8. 1/2 cup nonfat milk
9. 2 teaspoons cornstarch
10. 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. Boil water and cook pasta.
2. Use cooked frozen shrimp, dethaw and remove tails.
3. Melt light butter in skillet and add minced garlic. Cook mushrooms and spinach. Then add shrimp and garlic pepper. Heat shrimp through.
4. Add most of milk, except save a few tablespoons Mix cornstarch remaining milk. Stir into shrimp and milk in skillet. Let thicken.
5. Drain pasta after cooked. Add shrimp mixture to pasta and add parsley. Mix.
