Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
3. 1 medium shallot
4. 8 garlic cloves
5. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6. 1/2 lemon, juice of
7. 1 cup dry white wine
8. 1 lemon, zest of
9. 1/3 cup parsley
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
2. Add olive oil, then shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes.
3. Saute for one minute.
4. Add shrimp, cook 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
5. Transfer shrimp to platter.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
7. Return pan to heat, add wine and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
8. Add lemon zest.
9. Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
