Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1/4 cup olive oil
2. 10 garlic cloves
3. 2 (28 ounce) cans whole san marzano tomatoes
4. salt, to taste
5. 1/4 cup fresh basil, julienned
Directions:
1. Sautee the garlic in olive oil until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute.
2. Add the tomatoes, cover, bring to a boil, add salt.
3. Reduce to a simmer, let cook for 20-25 minutes.
4. Add a handful of fresh basil (or substitute parsley), to taste.
