Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 cup hot brewed espresso
2. 1/4 cup flavored liquid non-dairy coffee creamer, such as amaretto, Irish creme or 1/4 cup french vanilla
3. 1 dash ground cinnamon
4. 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
5. 1 dash ground cardamom
Directions:
1. Stir together the hot espresso, creamer, and cinnamon in a glass measuring cup
2. Pour into 2 mugs.
3. Add a scoop of ice cream to each and sprinkle with cardamom.
