Spicy Crab Dip

 

Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 1 lb lump snow crab meat
2. 8 ounces cream cheese
3. 1 cup sour cream, softened
4. 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce (or to taste)
5. 2 tablespoons dried onion
6. 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

Directions:
1. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix cream cheese on medium speed for about 1 minute.
2. Slowly add sour cream and mix until there is no lumps, scraping sides of the bowl.
3. Add cocktail sauce, hot sauce and onion, then mix until smooth.
4. Fold in crab meat.
5. Chill overnight.
6. Serve with veggies and gourmet crackers.
