Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 6 ounces tri-colored pasta, uncooked
2. 12 ounces canned tuna, in water
3. 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
4. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5. 1/4 cup diced celery
6. 3/4 cup low salt salsa
7. 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
8. 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
9. 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directins, omitting salt and fat.
2. Drain; rinse under cold water and drain again.
3. Combine pasta and tuna and next 3 ingredients.
4. Combine salsa, mayo and red pepper.
5. Add to pasta mixture; toss.
6. Cover and chill.
7. If desired, serve in lettuce lined bowl.
8. Sprinkle with sliced onions.
