Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded (white cabbage preferred)
2. 2 navel oranges, sectioned
3. 1/4 cup golden raisin
4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. In a covered container, combine cabbage, oranges & raisins, then add oil & lemon juice & toss well.
2. Chill in the refregerator for up to 2 hours.
3. Serve with meat & fish dishes.
