Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons korma curry paste
2. 2 sweet potatoes, diced
3. 400 g coconut milk
4. 200 ml water
5. 400 g pineapple, drained
6. 1/4 cup coriander
Directions:
1. Fry the paste and add the potato.
