Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb flounder fillets
2. 1 cup chicken broth
3. 4 tablespoons butter, melted
4. 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
5. 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Directions:
1. Place fillets in a greased 13x9x2 pan.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Remove to a serving plate with a slotted spatula and serve immediately.
