Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 8 hard-boiled eggs
2. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
4. 1/4 cup salsa
5. 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
6. 1 tablespoon sour cream
7. salt
Directions:
1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.
2. In a small bowl, mash yolks; add cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream, and salt; mix well.
3. Stuff or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
