Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled
2. 1/2 cup onion, chopped
3. 1/2 cup celery, chopped
4. 2 cups bok choy, chopped
5. 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
6. 1/2 cup peapods, cut in half
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. cook on low 6 hours.
