Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 30 g bacon
2. 5 g canola oil
3. 3 cups chicken stock
4. 2 pieces konbu
5. 150 g white radishes
6. 290 g zucchini
7. 185 g mushrooms
8. 1/2 head cauliflower
9. 7 garlic cloves
10. 5 tablespoons chili powder
11. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
12. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
13. 2 cups water
14. 600 g soft tofu
15. 2 eggs
Directions:
1. Boil the konbu, water, stock and garlic for 20 minutes.
2. Add the vegetables and seasoning boil for another 10 minutes.
3. Add the tofu and the eggs and stir.
4. Serve.
