Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 40 cherry tomatoes
2. 1 (3 5/8 ounce) can smoked oysters, drained
3. hot pepper sauce
4. fresh parsley (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Rinse tomatoes and remove stems. Drain on paper towels.
2. Slice each tomato vertically to 1/4 inch of its base.
3. Spread tomato slightly apart; slip in oyster.
4. Season each with 1-2 drops hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
