Tuna Egg Salad

 

Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2. 3 ounces light tuna in water, drained and flaked
3. 1/4 cup chopped celery
4. 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
5. 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
2. Spoon into tomatoes, use as a sandwich filling or serve with crackers.
