Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 boneless veal steaks, thin
2. 2 tablespoons oil
3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
4. 5 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
5. 1/3 cup white wine
6. 1 cup cream
7. 2 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frypan. Dust steaks with flour and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
2. Remove steaks and keep warm.
3. Add to the same pan garlic, fry until soft.
4. Add mustard and wine, cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add cream to pan stir to combine.
6. Return veal to the pan, coating all sides with sauce. Cook for 1 minute more.
