Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 1 cup wholemeal self-rising flour
2. 1 cup plain self-raising flour
3. 1/2 cup soy powdered milk
4. 1 tablespoon sugar
5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 apple, peeled & grated
7. 1/2 cup sultana
8. 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, add remaining ingredients & combine well.
2. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface & knead until smooth.
3. Pat dough out & cut into rounds using a 6cm scone cutter.
4. Place scones on an oven tray and bake at 200.C for 12-15 mins or until cooked.
