Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon honey
4. 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
5. 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
6. 1 teaspoon olive oil
7. 2 teaspoons soy sauce, reduced-sodium
8. 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Coat an 11X7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Add lemon juice and next 5 ingredients to dish, stirring well.
4. Add shrimp toss well to coat.
5. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until shrimp tun pink, stirring occasionally.
