Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 eggs, slightly beaten
2. 1/2 cup sugar
3. 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh)
4. 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
5. 175 g vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice until well mixed. Cook over simmering water until thickened (should coat a spoon). Stir in yoghurt. Chill.
2. Use as a sauce for fresh fruit or over cake.
