Yogurt Pistachio Smoothies

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups plain yogurt
2. 1/2 cup water
3. 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
4. 1/2 cup salted pistachios
5. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
6. 4 ice cubes
7. 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios (garnish)

Directions:
1. Blend yogurt, water, ginger, salted pistachios, pepper, and ice cubes until smooth.
2. Divide among glasses – garnish with finely chopped pistachios.
