Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 2 cups quick old fashioned oats (not instant)
2. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
3. 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup chopped dates
4. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
5. 2 ripe bananas, mashed
6. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
7. 1 tablespoon date sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Press dough in a 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Cool on wire rack. When cool, slice into squares or bars and serve.
