Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2. 3 tablespoons water
3. 2 tablespoons red miso or 2 tablespoons white miso (fermented soybean paste)
4. 2 tablespoons sugar
5. 2 tablespoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger
6. 4 teaspoons well-stirred tahini
7. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
8. sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
2. Dressing can be made 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
3. Bring to room temperature before serving.
