Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3. 1/3 cup sugar
4. 1 tablespoon baking powder
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
7. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
9. 1/2 cup butter, melted
10. 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
11. 1/3 cup buttermilk
12. 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and ginger in large bowl.
3. Stir together all remaining ingredients in medium bowl; stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
4. Spoon into paper-lined or greased muffin pan.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
