Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1/4 cup lemon juice
2. 2 tablespoons sugar
3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4. 2 tablespoons fish sauce or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
6. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
7. 2 lbs mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
Directions:
1. Whisk together all but the mussels.
2. Arrange mussels on a barbecue, close lid and cook 5 minutes or until mussels open. Transfer to a platter.
3. Drizzle with the sauce.
