Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 cup cider vinegar
2. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
3. 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
4. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
5. 4 cups shredded red cabbage
6. 1 cup thinly sliced onion
7. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, brown sugar, caraway and celery seeds; set aside.
2. Place cabbage and onion in a saucepan; add a small amount of water.
3. Cover and steam until tender, about 15 minutes.
4. Add vinegar mixture and toss to coat.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve warm.
