Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 large oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces (squeeze some of the juice into the salad)
2. 1 cup radish, sliced
3. 1/4 teaspoon cumin
4. sea salt and pepper, to taste
5. 3 -4 fresh dates, chopped
6. 2 -3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
7. lettuce leaf
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
