Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 500 g fresh peas, cooked and cooled
2. 2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed trimmed and cooked until just tender
3. 3 avocados, peeled and cubed
4. 6 mint leaves, chopped
5. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6. 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
7. 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
2. Optional – Add cubed apple and walnut for a variation.
