Ingredients for 24 servings:
1. 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, halved
2. 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cut in half
3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
4. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
5. 1/4 cup chili sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon.
3. Place the rolls seamside down in a baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and cooked through.
5. Drain off the grease.
6. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, brown sugar, and chili sauce.
7. Pour over the bacon-chestnut rolls.
8. Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
