Ingredients for 40 servings:
1. 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
2. 1 egg
3. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5. 2 tablespoons chopped onions
6. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
7. 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
8. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
9. 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
10. 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
11. 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds, mustard and poultry seasoning.
2. Mix well.
3. Shape into 40 balls; roll in corn flakes.
4. Dip in melted butter.
5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
6. Serve on cocktail picks.
