Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 3 bananas (ones starting to turn black are best)
2. 8 ounces self raising flour
3. 8 ounces soft brown sugar
4. 8 ounces margarine or 8 ounces butter
5. 9 ounces sultanas
6. 3 eggs
Directions:
1. Cream up the sugar and butter.
2. Mix in smashed bananas.
3. Beat in the eggs.
4. Sift in the flour and mix well.
5. Mix in the fruit.
6. Place the mix in a large greased oblong cake tin, or large loaf tin.
7. Cook for 40 minutes in preheated oven at 220 degrees celcius.
8. Eat and enjoy.
