Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1/2 cup milk
2. 1/3 cup water
3. 1 egg
4. 2 1/4 cups bread flour
5. 1 tablespoon sugar
6. 1 teaspoon salt
7. 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the maker.
2. Select the basic white bread cycle, and press start.
3. When done, remove bread from pan and cool for one hour on a metal rack.
