Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 cups broccoli
2. 1 medium ripe avocado
3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
5. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
2. Steam broccoli in pan until crunchy-tender. Drain the broccoli and cool completely.
3. Cube the avocado.
4. Add avocado to broccoli in bowl.
5. Whisk remaining items in a small bowl.
6. Toss the broccoli mix with the dressing.
