Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 lb ground beef
2. salt and pepper
3. 1 teaspoon onion flakes
4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
5. 1 (15 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
6. 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
7. 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8. 10 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in medium frying pan with onion flakes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix in refried beans and season with cumin. (Can use more or less to your taste.).
3. Add green chilies and cheese. Mix well until cheese is melted and incorporated.
4. Spread mixture into warmed tortilla shells.
5. Enjoy! We like ours with four cheese rice a roni and buttered corn!
