Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
2. 1 cup melted butter
3. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
5. 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
6. 1/2 onion, chopped
7. 1 cup Burgundy wine or 1 cup sherry wine
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 25 minutes.
3. Add wine, pepper, garlic and beef bouillon.
4. Simmer 20 minutes.
5. Serve over pork, chicken, rice or even as a side.
