Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 ripe fresh california avocados
2. 2 cups vanilla ice cream
3. 2 cups milk
4. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
5. 2 teaspoons lemon extract
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients.
2. Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces – if using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
