Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 3 cups oats
2. 1 cup nuts
3. 1 cup wheat germ
4. 6 tablespoons brown sugar
5. 6 tablespoons honey
6. 1/2 cup golden raisin
7. 1/4 cup oil
8. 2 teaspoons vanilla
9. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Mix together oats, nuts, wheat germ, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together honey, vanilla and oil. Pour the honey mixture into the dry mixture and combine thoroughly. Spread the mixture into a large baking dish (like a lasagna or jelly roll pan) thinly so that it barely covers the dish. Bake at 250 F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add raisins.
