Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 chicken breasts
2. 2 tablespoons margarine
3. 2/3 cup rice
4. 1/2 cup onion, chopped
5. 1 1/3 cups water
6. 1/4 cup raisins
7. 2 tablespoons parsley
8. 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
9. 2 teaspoons orange peel
10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in margarine.
2. Salt and pepper the chicken.
3. Remove chicken.
4. Cook rice and onion in the drippings.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Place rice mixture in a casserole dish.
8. Top with chicken.
9. Cover with foil.
10. Bake at 375* for 45 to 50 minutes.
