Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 cup chicken broth
2. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
3. 2 tablespoons sugar
4. 2 tablespoons oil
5. 2 tablespoons minced garlic
6. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
7. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in shallow dish.
2. Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours.
3. Preheat broiler.
4. Broil chicken 5 inches from heat for about 15 minutes, turning and basting with marinade often.
