Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 18 ounces plum jam
2. 2 tablespoons vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
4. 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (I sometimes used dried)
5. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
6. 1 garlic clove, minced
7. 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot
8. soy sauce (a couple of splashed could be optional)
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring.
3. Let simmer a couple minutes. then remove from heat. Great warm or at room temperature.
