Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (200 g) packet milk arrowroot biscuits, crushed into fine crumbs
2. 1 (440 g) can condensed milk
3. 1/2 cup cocoa
4. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
5. 2 tablespoons rum
6. 1 cup desiccated coconut, extra, for rolling
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together, making sure they are combined well.
2. Using about a tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls.
3. Roll each ball in coconut.
