Ingredients for 42 servings:
1. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
3. 1 cup butter, softened
4. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
5. 2 eggs
6. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
8. 1 teaspoon salt
9. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
10. 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix ingredients on low speed. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Cool slightly before removed from pans onto wire rack.
