Ingredients for 24 servings:
1. 24 chocolate graham crackers (2 1/2 x 2 1/2 each)
2. 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes!)
3. 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4. 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
5. 1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherry
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Place graham crackers close together on large cookie sheet.
3. Mix butter and brown sugar in a 1 quart saucepan.
4. Stir over low heat until butter and sugar are melted together.
5. Stir in almonds and cherries.
6. Spoon mixture over crackers.
7. Bake 8 minutes.
8. Cool about 5 minutes.
9. Remove from pan and cool completely.
