Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 red pepper
2. 1 green pepper
3. 1 orange bell pepper
4. 1 cucumber
5. 1/2 red onion
6. 2 avocados
7. 4 (16 ounce) bags precooked baby shrimp
8. 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams
9. 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn
10. 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
11. 1 cup orange juice
12. 2 cups Clamato juice
13. 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
14. 5 -7 dashes Tabasco sauce
15. 4 -5 limes
Directions:
1. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and put in large bowl.
2. Combine all canned items, shrimp, and juices along with cilantro and Tobasco.
3. Stir it all together and chill for 2+ hours before serving.
4. When ready to serve, cut up the limes and arrange on a plate with some chips and crackers.
