Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 1/2 cups sugar
3. 1/2 cup butter, melted
4. 1 cup flour, sifted
5. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
6. 2 cups cranberries, whole (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease 10-inch pie pan.
3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pecans and cranberries.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 50-60 minutes.
6. Best when served warm.
7. I usually make this by doubling the recipe. I bake it in a 13×9 pan for 70-80 minutes.
