Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 1/2 cups diced onions
2. 2 cups carrots, in short strips
3. 2 cups rutabagas, small chunks
4. 2 cups potatoes, larger chunks
5. 2 cups turnips, small chunks
6. 1 lb ground beef
7. 1 (20 ounce) can diced tomatoes
8. 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 4oz hot water
9. 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
10. 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients in pot.
2. Brown ground beef and add to pot.
3. Add tomatoes and bouillon mixture.
4. Add seasonings.
5. Cook on low for 10 hours.
